With mul-thee-fuhngk-shuh-nl we gave the workshop ‘Fries Forever' in which we made ceramic fries in snackbar Frieda*. During the claying we spoke about ownership of (public) space, reclaiming (public) space and creating new space to meet. Parts of these conversations were written in the fresh clayed fries with vermicelli letters, leaving an imprint behind after burning the clay pieces. With the burned and glazed fries we made a public fry-route, super glueing the fries in public space around Frieda reclaiming a bit of public space.

*snackbar Frieda is a snackbar in a squat were you can snack on donation. They serve fries made from potatoes gathered after the harvest from the fields. Besides they host a cultural program.
Mul-thee-fuhngk-shuh-nl (Floor van Meeuwen & Jorien Ketelaar) is a collective that creates dynamic installations with a crossover between workshops, public space installations, and happenings through interactions with others. Their projects share a common focus on engaging with the environment and fostering exchanges with a diverse audience, generating new imaginaries around the contexts the projects take place in.
