In June 2021 Louwrien Wijers and Egon Hanfstingl came to the Bierumer School to cook, eat, meet and speak with a group of people, as part of Vrijplaats Voor Verbeelding. Egon shared his knowledge about cooking and Ayurveda eating with us, Louwrien shared her ideas, thoughts and experiences with us. We had dinner with each other at the end of the day.
